Director of Restaurants

Multi-concept, full service restaurant chain seeks a Director of Restaurants to oversee their restaurants in the North East.  This individual will be accountable for financial operations inclusive of maximizing profits, building sales, and controlling costs.  This role will also be accountable for establishing, maintaining, and coaching company standards, expectations, and culture. Additionally, the Director of Restaurants must provide effective leadership in the areas of local store marketing, training, defining priorities, and building commitment to the company’s mission and objectives.  Organization would like this role to be based in the Philadelphia market. 

Requirements:

Successful candidate must have a strong background in multi-unit operations, within the upscale casual or fine dining restaurant segment.  Organization is looking for an individual who is results oriented with a demonstrated ability to build sales and a strong guest orientation.  Strong communication, organizational, leadership and people development skills are must.
