Appropriate candiates will come from a long background in the custom-productedarchitectural millwork world and have a strong grasp of all aspects of the industry such as drafting, engineering, estimating project management and business development.  The candidate will have a documented track record of operational success and a vision to lead an integrated team to further expand the company’s already considerable market share.  Integrity, leadership by example, charisma and a "get-it-done" attitude are the key attributes this company desires.
