TPM Maintenance Manager

Client is a Fortune 100 global company manufacturing products for nutrition, hygiene and personal care. This plant employs about 450 people.operates 24/7 and produces food products under GMP regulations. Due to a promotion a need exists for Maintenance Manager (MM) to drive the on going enhancements to the TPM initiative.

The MM manages TPM and infrastructure systems through 6 direct reports and 41 indirect reports. The MM should bring an in depth understanding of individual items of packakging equipment and integrated systems, how they operate, impact on product quality, fault doagnosis and corrective action. The MM will be accountable for the R&M budget and the CMMS. The MM will also take a leadership role in driving improvements in the PSM program.

Required qualifications are a BS Engineering degree and 5-7 years manufacturing experience in a Maintenance Manager role in food, pharmaceutical or beverage products produced under GMP conditions.
