Production Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: Production Manager sought by a financially stable and growth oriented Specialty Chemical Manufacturer located in Savannah, GA. • Building a people/team oriented work environment.


• Manage a highly effective EHS operation. Safety First critical.   


• Utilize Lean/Six Sigma methods to eliminate waste, optimize productivity, maximize equipment up-time.


• Involve all employees in effectively managing the operation. 


• Provide guidance in the identification and application of progressive manufacturing techniques.

  JOB REQUIREMENTS:    

• B.S. Chemical Engineering. Masters Degree a plus.   


• Minimum 5 years managerial experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.


• Desire Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement experience.


• Must have computer skills. Microsoft Office, extensive.


• Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills.
