Job Description
•Able to travel about half your workweek to a focused region of medical centers
•Answering to the area Administrator, direct several medical centers’ operational and payroll budgets
•Cooperatively develop service line plans -- from clinical staff management to supply levels, etc.
•Improve service and increase efficiency, develop best practices and optimizations
•Direct and assist your region’s Clinical Operations Managers in staff recruitment and retention
Job Requirements
•BS in healthcare administration, nursing administration or business administration
•Master’s Degree preferred
•5 years experience in healthcare delivery organization service line management
•Managed care experience preferred
•Payroll and operational budgetary experience
•Able to travel locally 50-60% of the week (your own car, mileage reimbursed)
