Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business, or equivalent; MBA Preferred
- Minimum of seven years of experience in business or consulting with an emphasis on Planning and/or Strategy Development
- Solid understanding of the financial services industry and life insurance operating model, including the competitive, regulatory and control environments.
- Strong analytics and problem solving skills and demonstrated competency in Project Management
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Ability to communicate well with all levels of Management; excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with multiple diverse teams and create positive interactions
- Experience facilitating workshops / strategy sessions highly desired
- Knowledge / experience in one of more of the following key functional areas is a plus: Distribution, Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources
- Ability and willingness to travel 15%+ of the time

Description:
Principal Responsibilities
- Create and refine a common framework, process and tools to guide the development of strategic and operational business plans for all ALICO Territories
- Work with Regional management and WW Pillar Owners to
- roll out the strategic planning process (aka Fast Forward Program); including coordinating meetings, facilitating workshops and ensuring outcomes meet stated goals
- design, evaluate, prioritize and execute strategic initiatives that will contribute to the achievement of financial growth targets.
- build business plans for key Fast Forward initiatives and work with the Strategic Initiatives Office to secure approval and funding.
- create regional and WW Strategic Plans and Strategy Houses to support achievement of long-term growth objectives; align strategic priorities and metrics to ensure goals are realized
- Partner with the Corporate Communications and Human Resources Depts to develop and execute a communication plan that engages all employees in the Fast Forward program
- Design and implement a methodology to identify and share best practices in product development, distribution management, operations and technology/information systems.
- Collaborate with Research and Development function to establish a long-term scenario-planning capability
- Other projects as needed
