Director of Client Services

Client Services Director sought for thriving service-oriented company with growth and development opportunities in Visalia-CA.

This is a senior leadership position, responsible for overseeing a growing number of field service employees (currently 18) via home offices throughout California.  Internal administrative positions also support this diffuse structure in the central California home office. 

The Client Services Director is responsible for successful planning, direction, coordination and implementation of the federally-funded programs administered by the company for school districts throughout California.  The Director is responsible for the overall training, supervision, coaching, and delegation of all staff to maintain a cohesive team and achieve maximum results for the company and its clients.

The Client Services Director is a member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to the corporate strategic plan in identifying, planning, and development of short-term and long-range goals to obtain greater efficiency within the division and company.

The Client Services Director participates in all aspects of company development and growth, including forecasting under the current business plan and alternative strategies, in addition to providing literature and a training curriculum which presents the company and its products in a positive and professional manner.

Minimum requirements are a Bachelors Degree with a major in or supplemented by course work in business administration, public administration, social sciences or closely related field.  A Masters Degree is preferred, with a minimum of five years progressive experience in management in a supervisory capacity.  Experience with program development, budget management and revenue development is critical.
