Reporting directly to the Plant G.M., this new position being added to support our growth will manage Quality Control & Compliance to all Federal, State and Customer Rules, Regulations and Specifications. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

   1. Manage Quality Department, QED Quality System and QED Regulation compliance.
   
   
   2. Provide interface with Customer and Supplier Quality Departments and Registration agencies.
   
   
   3. Maintain data files and provide analysis in support of AS 9100.
   
   
   4. Prepare and perform department employee annual performance reviews.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor Degree with a Minimum of 10 years experience in Aerospace or Defense related business in Quality Assurance.


2. Experience in a manufacturing business with AS 9100 or ISO 9001 certification.


3. Experience in a manufacturing businesses with less than 100 and a business with more than 300 employees.

MACHINES, EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE:

1. Personal Computer – Data Base Management systems and Microsoft Office.
