Job description :
Your essential fonctions will be: Total P&L responsibility Direction and management of VP Sales, setting sales strategies including pricing, budgets, and promotions by trade class Understanding of a broker sales force network, with ability to manage and analyze strengths and weaknesses in conjunction with the VP Sales. Planning and execution of all trade and consumer marketing activities Planning and execution of all trade shows, including booth design Recommending all Media planning, timing and budgets Participating in product development strategy and brand communication Managing PR efforts of the company Developing & purchasing merchandising displays as required Analysis of all IRI data Preparing strategic plans Managing the sales forecasting systems, and ordering all containers Develop all spend budgets, and manage within P&L guidelines Manage relationships and call on key accounts Identify and develop new sales opportunities Interface with each of the company departments as necessary Who we are looking for :
You have: A Bachelors degree, MBA a plus A proven track record in the food/confectionery industry Consumer marketing experience Expertise in selling and negotiating with national retailers Proven experience managing and understanding p&l reporting Whats on offer :
Base salary up to $180K Bonus up to 20% Excellent Benefits + 401K
