 Viewpoint Bank is searching for a President for our Addison Bank location.

 The Bank President is considered a Senior leadership position representing ViewPoint Bank in the Addison market.  Job accountabilities include growing business loans and deposits through outside sales calling and networking within the community.

Successful Candidates will possess the following:

 8 - 10 years of local Business Banking/Business Lending experience.

Extensive business credit experience.

Proficiency in appropriately structuring business loans.
Strong decision making skills.
Proven outside sales prospecting and sales calling experience.
A book of existing business clients.
Previous bank leadership positions.
Previous local community leadership positions.
The ability to lead and motivate a bank team of sales people.
Strong communication skills.
