Responsibility:

• Manage QA Department.  Includes management of personnel issues, budgets, order requisitions & departmental issues.
• Quality System Management – Develop, implement & maintain new & existing quality systems & procedures.  Responsible for maintaining division Quality Assurance Manual in accordance with ISO9001 standards.
• Management review of Quality System – responsible for coordinating management review of customer complaints, quality audits, internal non-conformances, corrective action response & material review.
• Lead/coordinate division management on resolution of quality issues (including MRB activity).
