Chief Operating Officer - 2855

Preferred Background of Candidate:

         Minimum 10 years of total operations management experience in a utilities services and/or construction business 

 

        Experience managing multiple projects in multiple states with hundreds of lower skilled union and non-union workers

 

         Experience in managing organization in a leveraged environment

 

         Experience in managing budgets and costs using metrics to make decisions and improve operations

 

         Demonstrated success in a leadership role as a key member of executive management team, able to contribute to development of corporate strategy 

• M & A experience

         Strong sense of urgency, bias towards action, results
