As our new Energy Analytics Manager, based in Boston your primary mission will be to manage the delivery and execution of our clients ongoing energy efficiency (Monitoring Based Commissioning - MBCx) service offering to their commercial customers. This includes responsibility for performance target compliance, ensuring that deliverables are of the highest accuracy and quality, and that the MBCx offering is delivered on time and with superior customer service. You will work with a highly motivated team of energy, controls, and commissioning analysts, define and deliver an optimal and scalable commissioning workflow model, and assemble reports on how to save energy. Prior experience with large scale business intelligence applications along with your ability to work closely with our product development team to incorporate workflow into software product design will be crucial in this role. You will be tasked with reviewing and defining analytical deliverables, delivery of material, QA, and responding to requests of additional analysis. Critical to your success will be time and task management, your ability to make sure the staffing model is correct, and to generate revenue from technical service delivery.
