The main objective of this position will be to prepare winning proposals which are fully responsive to client requirements.  Person will lead development of clear, persuasively-written proposals which define scope of services and reflect win strategy and themes according to established proposal preparation procedures.   Candidate should consistently demonstrate leadership in driving teams towards successful results. Delegates work load to ensure highest quality response.   Should consistently and effectively produce documents without errors.  Participates in development of winning strategies.  Presents information in a clear and effective manner.  Understands aspects of commercial process and continuously builds knowledge, keeping up to date on technical or procedural aspects of the job.
