Sr. Contracts Administrator w / TS Clearance - 09-...

Job Description: Reporting to the Director of Contracts, you will be responsible for cradle to grave contracting for multiple DoD and Intel Community (IC) contracts.  As part of your duties you will support both prime and subcontracts, perform project audits and risk analysis and you may work with wage determinations. The Sr. Contracts Admin will respond to information requests, provide and report on contract & subcontract financials. You will ensure compliance with all applicable federal and corporate contracting policies, procedures, regulations, and laws. We expect the successful candidate to forge strong relationships throughout the organization while becoming an integral member of the team. Hands-on experience with ID/IQ, GWAC, FFP, FFP/LOE, FFP/LH, T&M and Cost Plus contracts is required.  Previous experience with estimating and pricing will be important.  You must hold a minimum of an active Top Secret Clearance.  Our client offers an excellent benefits package and competitive compensation to $115k, depending upon experience, skill sets and certifications, along with an exceptional benefits package and an outstanding work environment!

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years experience contracts administration and reporting,
  
• Experienced contract and subcontract negotiation skills,
  
• Familiarity with numerous types of prime contracts and contract vehicles, 
  
• Active Top Secret clearance or above required,
  
• BS/BA,
  
• U.S. Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NCMA Certification.
  
• Familiarity with FAR, DFAR, CAS and DCAA
  
• Good natured and easy to work with type personality!
