Establish and maintain a multidisciplinary team, insuring that quality of care is in accordance with state regulations and accreditation standards.  Monitor assessment of patient safety, care and services.  Develop departmental budgets and handle other related duties. Seeking 7-10 years closely related quality resource management experience. BS/BA.
