Description:
Seeking enthusiastic individual to join our UCASD Industrial Engineering team. Determines the most efficient sequence of operations and work flow; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of Flight Test operations. Estimate target hours including Instrumentation installations and Execution of Functional Tests. Track, record and evaluate variances for earned value. Programmatic accountable to the ST IPT manager for EVMS , schedules, policies and procedures, and staffing projection and utilization plans. Complete understanding in wide application of technical principle, theories, and concepts in the Industrial Engineering field. General knowledge of Flight Test and Production Support related disciplines. Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects. Works under only general direction. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. An understanding of aircraft systems and experience with functional testing is a plus. Proficiency in MS Project and MS Excel is a must. Basic Qualifications: B.S. or M.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering or equivalent and at least 15 years of related experience. Must be able to obtain and retain a DOD Secret level security clearance. Security Clearance Required.
