Job Description
Deputy Program Manager responsibilities: Directly provide and ensure dedicated personnel leadership, program management and technical oversight for 35 member technical solutions and implementation team directly supporting the government contract. Position requires daily customer interaction for contract execution, compliance and performance. Responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to the following tasks:

• Manage the execution of single or multiple inter-dependant Technical Task Orders (TTO) of varying complexity
• Manage plans, procedures and schedules
• Develop work breakdown structures
• Prepare charts, tables, graphs and diagrams to assist in analyzing resources, workflow and project adherence to schedule
• Maintain staffing levels and staff availability at 95%.

The Program Manager is directly responsible to oversee this contract and any TTOs from the customer. The Deputy Program Manager will assist the Program Manager administrate and document the following contract program management processes. Interrelated documents include, but not be limited to, the following;

• Project Management Plan
• Sub-Contractor Management Plan
• Transition Plan
• Security Procedures and Relocation Plan
• Quality Control Plan
• Configuration Management Plan
• Training Plan
• Work Breakdown Structure
• Master Schedule
• Monthly Progress Reporting Plan and an Installation Plan

The Proposal Preparation Instructions and TTOs issued during execution of the contract, will detail specific delivery dates and media details.

Requirements
Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph. Experienced program manager and IT technical project manager; strong self-starter, exceptional organizational and leadership ability and communication skills. Required: Bachelor of Science Degree Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or 10 year career experience equivalent Desired: Masters of Science Technical or Management discipline Desired: Program Management Professional and Foundation Certificate in Information Technology Service Management (ITIL) Current Top Secret- Special Compartmented Information (TS-SCI) Full Scope Polygraph
