Job Description
The Managing Principal (MP) will serve as a strategic thought leader for the vertical practice and clients in the Industry. The MP is responsible for working with the Vertical team and clients to grow revenues in the practice, and to identify new opportunities and avenues for growth. The MP will participate in new offer development and will prepare the final documentation for the formal offer roll-out. The MP will develop statements of work for complex engagements within the assigned region. The MP must be capable of clearly articulating business issues and solutions in written and oral format. The MP will act as the trusted advisor with key clients, providing strategic guidance and overseeing solution engagements. The MP will matrix manage multiple consultant level employees. Performance will be measured on new sales/revenue and the success of the new offers developed.
Requirements
4 year college degree or comparable experience. A minimum of 8+ years consulting experience including minimum of 5+ years experience. Demonstrated professional consulting and management experience. Expertise with knowledge of regulatory and industry standards. Ability to identify and create strategic solutions to address requirements, ability to lead and manage diverse consulting engagements, ability to lead and manage regional customer territory. Experience managing the development and creating Statements of Work and proposal responses. Must possess strong presentation and communications skills at multiple levels of an organization. Possesses common industry certifications for area of focus or comparable industry expertise and affiliation with Industry Organizations.
