The New Product Launch Project Manager will be responsible for leading teams for global product initiatives. This individual must have project management experience with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Day to day responsibilities include the following: Establish a team for each project and develop the overall schedule for execution within determined timelines. Track project progress and report to management any risks or issues associated with development and execution. Utilize key metrics to track the teams progress on specific projects. Identify and calculate new product launch project costs. Develop innovation time lines schedule for new product launch projects. Who we are looking for :
Candidates that will be considered for the New Product Launch Project Manager position must meet the following: Bachelors degree in engineering, supply chain or technical related field. 7-15 years of related experience of which 5 years is in project management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. Ability to handle multple projects at the same time. Experience building and developing project teams. MBA or Masters degree a strong plus Experience with Manugistics or SAP helpful but not required. Whats on offer :
$85,000 - $115,000 plus target bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K, etc
