We are in search of a Construction General Manager with insurance repair/emergency restoration construction experience (fire, water, smoke damage).

This opportunity requires leadership and strong communication skills and a complete understanding of the Insurance Restoration Construction industry.

Requirements   The Successful Candidate

• Will have experience managing and mentoring a team 


• Will have 5+ years experience being accountable for the profit and loss of a business or business unit. 


• Should have a strong technical background.  Experience in emergency restoration, mitigation and restoration required.


• Will take a proactive attitude to business development and promoting the company’s services.  Ideal candidate will be able to bring in business by selling and marketing to insurance adjusters.


• Must have outstanding soft skills including the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.


• Must thrive in a busy business environment and enjoy implementing robust, standardized procedures.


• Must bring a positive can-do attitude to their work and possess the drive and determination necessary to strive for excellence in a competitive, service oriented business.
