Key Role:
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to a Global Force Management (GFM) and Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX) architecture development project. Help direct design studies and analyses, perform technology evaluations, and author complex technology solution papers. Perform work according to established systems architecture and engineering guidelines. Assist the analysis team with the development of logistics solutions, systems engineering processes, methods, and tools. Assist the team with the interface among service, Joint staff, and COCOM planners and force providers.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: -10+ years of experience with government or industry in a technical role -3+ years of experience with the DoD planning process -Experience with developing briefings and reviewing high-level documents, including DoD capability development documents -Secret clearance -BA degree required   Additional Qualifications:  -Experience as a COCOM planner -Experience with Joint Operational Logistics -Knowledge of JOPES, CFAST, and TPFDD development and other GFM and APEX systems and processes -Active TS/SCI clearance preferred   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
