THE POSITION

The Vice President of Consulting will be responsible for leading a team of consultants, a data team, and a group of trainers that deal directly with clients.  The consulting team oversees the C-level relationship between BancVue and our clients to make sure that our clients are maximizing their profit due to the use of our products and to ensure that the C-level executives have a positive impression of our service.

Key activities of the team you will mange are as follows:

• Pre-launch financial analysis and consultation with financial institution to insure variables for product implementation are set correctly (i.e. choosing best rate for interest bearing products, adjusting any tiered balance recommendations, modifying sundry account type requirements, creative solutions to mitigate disintermediation)




• In person and telephone consultation with C-level executives at financial institution to review actual vs. budgeted product performance, identify performance shortfalls, and suggest implementation improvements to enhance results




• Intensive data analysis to provide consultants with best practices recommendations




• Executing multiple company initiatives with our clients as key point of contact




• Perform kickoff rally in which all financial institution employees enjoy a motivational presentation by a BancVue trainer to present new BancVue-powered products




• Perform financial institution frontline training of product feature/benefits including mystery shopping.




• Cross-functional leadership of high priority Consulting initiatives




• Training/Developing to ensure everyone is a “Master of their Craft”

THE CANDIDATE

We are seeking a leader with at least 5 years leadership/consulting experience, preferably in the banking industry.

Must Haves:

• World class consulting experience




• At least 5 years of proven leadership experience




• Strong understanding of finance and general accounting principles




• Exceptional mental horsepower, creativity, and problem solving skills




• Proven relationship building/nurturing skills




• Ability to manage by budget




• Burning desire to be best at everything you do

Like to Haves:

• MBA or similar advanced degree




• Community financial institution experience




• Financial services industry experience
