District Manager

• Assess present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities Establish short and long term operating and financial objectives




• Develop sales strategies with the department managers and salesmen




• Supervise direct sale of Full Service Leasing, Contract Maintenance, Short and Long Term Rental and Service Sales




• Develop and train Lease and Rental personnel, review and appraise their performance 




• Meet with all customers on regular basis to grow and strengthen relationships 




• Work directly with PACCAR and Kenworth to design solutions that differentiate you from the competition




• Share in the success of the operation

Ideal candidate MUST possess:

• Previous management experience in Full Service Truck or Trailer Leasing industry




• Thorough knowledge of all phases of branch operations




• Direct truck sales experience, B2B environment




• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




• Strong leadership ability and decision making skills

MHC is an expansion of the original company, Ozark Kenworth, Inc. Ozark Kenworth started in Springfield, Missouri, in January 1975 -- opened for business without a Parts or Service department and only three employees in a temporary facility. From there, the company grew and expanded.
