JOB DESCRIPTION

We are Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC), North America’s largest PacLease Affiliate Truck Leasing Company and Kenworth truck dealership network.  As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a District Manager  based out of Little Rock, AR.  Why should you consider this career opportunity?  How about the opportunity to:


 





  • Assess present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities Establish short and long term operating and financial objectives



  • Develop sales strategies with the department managers and salesmen



  • Supervise direct sale of Full Service Leasing, Contract Maintenance, Short and Long Term Rental and Service Sales



  • Develop and train Lease and Rental personnel, review and appraise their performance 



  • Meet with all customers on regular basis to grow and strengthen relationships 



  • Work directly with PACCAR and Kenworth to design solutions that differentiate you from the competition



  • Share in the success of the operation




 


Ideal candidate MUST possess:


 





  • Previous management experience in Full Service Truck or Trailer Leasing industry



  • Thorough knowledge of all phases of branch operations



  • Direct truck sales experience, B2B environment



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills



  • Strong leadership ability and decision making skills
