General Manager - Boiler Repair & Code Services - ...

My Client is a Industrial/Commercial Mechanical Contractor with 7 locations in the MidWest.  We are looking for a Division (General) Manager who will be responsible for a number of functions for the companys Code Services & Boiler Repair Division

The Division Manager is responsible for the management, facilitation, administration, growth and profitability of the Code Services & Boiler Repair Division activities within the Company.  The Division Manager will be responsible for MANAGING the work of all Project Managers, Sales, Quality Control, Field Services, Shop Services and Administrative Personnel. 

SOME MAJOR JOBS ARE:

• Overview of all projects (including estimates of boiler repairs, code services, equipment repairs, materials, tools, & manpower requirements; as well as timelines, completion schedules;
• Establish & maintain ongoing project schedule detailing all projects, complete with timelines, progress, manpower assignments;
• Monitor & assign projects

    Required Background-You must have experience managing at least 25 people WITH an INDUSTRIAL MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR MAINTENANCE DIVISION.
