Join the Northrop Grumman Information Systems TASC Science & Intelligence Operating Training Development Team in support our national intelligence community. The candidate in this position is responsible for the design of instructional materials for assigned courses. This includes curriculum development and the analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of current and future instructor led and computer based training courses.

The job also involves the coordination and development of source media (audio, video, graphics, animation, etc) and other courseware materials. This position may also involve assisting courseware programmers, graphic artists, and technical writers who are assigned to the project and overseeing courses developed by third party contractors. Duties may include:

1) Meeting with subject matter experts;

2) Coordinating access to subject matter experts and supporting source materials (manuals, regulations, etc.);

3) Preparing/reviewing storyboards for technical accuracy and conformity to customer standards and guidelines;

4) Ensuring proper development of lesson materials: objectives, storyboards, programming, and final product;

5) Providing guidance to course developers;

6) Providing final quality control check on lessons and all supporting material;

7) Analyzing the effectiveness of a course and tailoring the course to improve effectiveness; and 8) Performing as a stand-up instructor for courses developed.

Job Qualifications Bachelors degree, Masters degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum experience of 9 years with Bachelors; 7 years with Masters; 4 years with Ph.D. The individual must have the following essential functions/knowledge: Instructional design, knowledge of the Instructional Systems Design process, interviewing techniques, analytical skills, writing, multimedia design and development, courseware development, and stand-up instructional delivery Security Prerequisite: Current Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph required MULTIPLE POSITIONS.
