Division Vice President - Telecom, CATV

Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Northern Kentucky cable TV operating system and oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the district including Internet and Telephone Services.

This is a District level position with my client.

Direct work force of several hundred.

Product direction to assure an efficient and cost effective operation.

Develop and approve operating and capital budgets.

Assure quality delivery of services and maintain customer satisfaction.

Monitor labor relations in a non-union environment.

Supervise Management Team in the district.

Travel to satellite offices as needed.

Requirements

Candidates must be available to start withing 30 days of offer acceptance.

- BS Degree and Min 5 years of management experience in a telecommunications company, specifically CATV.

- Experience with overall operations including accounting, engineering, human resources, marketing and public and government relations.

- Strong experience in effective communications with customers, employees, management and sr level officers and community/ government officials at all levels.

- Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills and listening skills.

- Proficient in multitasking, working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

- Knowledge of technical developments in the industry.
