Director of Facilities

Full service restaurant chain seeks a Director of Facilities.  This role is charged with ensuring that all capital assets of the organization, inclusive of its buildings, equipment and land are well protected, properly maintained and fully functional.  This role will achieve this through the successful implementation of effective systems, methods and tools; and the creation and dissemination of facilities-related knowledge.  This role will be based in Raleigh NC and reports to the Chief Operations Officer.

Requirements:

This position requires 3-5 years experience in facilities and maintenance management within the restaurant industry.  This individual must have experience with building construction, and be knowledgeable of corporate budgeting.  Successful candidate must be able to build and develop strong positive relationships with operators, vendors and contractors; have strong communication skills and have the ability to perform as a team player.  A Bachelor’s degree is required.
