Key Role:
Serve as a lead analyst in Lean Six Sigma\Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and Organization Effectiveness and Design engagements. Provide expertise on process improvement and organizational redesign projects. Lead analysis, design, and implementation. Develop and nurture client relationships. Lead performance management associated with LSS projects. Provide training, orientation, coaching, and mentoring to clients in the LSS methodology. This position is located in Lexington Park, MD (Pax River).

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience with leading LSS\CPI initiatives as an expert in LSS process, methods, and tools
-7+ years of experience with other process improvement approaches, including BPR, strategic planning, change management, and organizational redesign
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
