Key Role:
Work with a client organizations senior leadership and direct reports to deploy Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies in major construction projects in DoD. Lead client training events, including Last Planner™, Value Stream Mapping and Analysis, LSS familiarization, Project Champion, Kaizen or Rapid Improvement, and Lean tools and techniques. Lead LSS process improvement events and set up continuous process improvement teams internal to the customer and the construction project. Provide leadership and direction to the government construction lead by ensuring the appropriate methodology, tools, and techniques are applied to efficiently execute the construction project. Provide oversight and program management to ensure the on time and high-quality delivery of the project with the goal of cost savings. Develop and manage key client relationships and ensure project compliance. Generate new client opportunities, work with senior management to develop and deliver against business development plans, and maintain responsibility for staff development. This position is located in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and implementing process improvement practices based on LSS
-Experience with implementing Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques on at least 3 construction projects
-Experience with using the Last Planner™ system and process
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Certified Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt
 
Additional Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with developing and delivering LSS training preferred
-6+ years of experience with commercial construction a plus
-Experience with the Military or Military construction a plus
-Experience with consulting preferred
-Active Secret clearance or higher preferred
-BS degree in Building Construction, Architecture, or a related field preferred; MS degree a plus
-Certified Project Management Professional a plus
