Key Role:
Work with federal law enforcement organizations to execute weapons process transformation focused on achieving improved results. Provide expertise based on previous experience to identify major issues facing clients and generate hypotheses against those issues. Serve as a primary thought leader in the development of business solutions. Develop conclusions and strategic recommendations, write reports, and assist with client presentations. Identify opportunities for organization strategy services within a client organization or business area. Serve as the task lead for projects by managing delivery and client relationships. Oversee the completion of client deliverables and work with senior leadership for the review and incorporation of feedback. This position will require daily travel to Quantico for 6 months but is located in McLean, VA.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience with delivering professional services in the areas of transformation, change management, program management, and business process reengineering
-Experience with weapons cataloguing or weapons inventory process improvement
-Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or management consulting environment
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including the ability to create accurate spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint following sound vertical and horizontal logic
-Top Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
 
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with strategic planning, performance assessment, business transformation, business process reengineering, customer segmentation, mission and functions alignment, change assessment, stakeholder analysis, project management, or governance
-Experience with HRIS, Metastorm, or HRD
-Experience in working with law enforcement organizations
-Experience with delivering management consulting services to the federal government
-Knowledge of inductive reasoning, SWOT, or Porter Value Chain strategy development
-Ability to create as is and to be states and process maps
-Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients at client sites
-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast paced environment
-Possession of excellent leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MBA or MA or MS preferred
-PMP Certification preferred
 
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
