Sr. Program Manager Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of external company program(s). Directs all phases of program(s) from inception through completion. Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the program on schedule and within budget constraints. Responsibilities may also include program acquisition as well as management, with a focus on satisfaction of government contractual specifications and requirements. Serves as the primary contact for the customer on matters pertaining to the program.

Responsibilities may also include program acquisition as well as management, with a focus on satisfaction of government contractual specifications and requirements. Serves as the primary contact for the customer on matters pertaining to the program.
- Manage proposal and resulting program as major subcontractor for large Navy C4ISR system development program; RFP expected by September 2009.
- Manage subcontracted intelligence-related system development tasks for a major US Army program.
- Manage proposal and resulting program for in-process homeland security situation awareness system development opportunity. This includes coordination across GDAIS to secure contributions from the organizations with the required technologies.
- Lead and manage capture of international situation awareness system development opportunities. This includes coordination across GDAIS to secure contributions from the organizations with applicable technologies and arranging for export licenses for the technologies comprised in the solution.
- Support capture initiatives for C4ISR system development programs targeted for the Air Force and NRO.
- Support formulation and coordination of tactical ISR initiative intended to align synergistic efforts from within different General Dynamics companies and business areas.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in a technical discipline) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years of related industry experience or demonstrated effectiveness to meet the managerial expectations.
