Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Business Analyst 5 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future. This position will be located in San Diego, Ca.. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grummans County of San Diego IT Outsourcing Program. Roles and Responsibilities: * Lead the Billing & Chargeback activities for the Program * Prepare monthly invoices * Ensure accuracy of chargeback data * Interface with Asset and Technical management to ensure all revenue opportunities have been identified and are included in the billing data * Key contributor in the resolution of billing disputes by proactively working with Program leadership and various customers * Support proposal efforts by ensuring costs are marked up in accordance with contractual terms and that sales taxes are applied accurately * Provide ad hoc support to Program Business Manager in support of Account Improvement initiatives * Assist with development of billing strategies for new resource units Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: * Working knowledge of SAP and Procurement processes * Finance/Accounting experience in a Commercial contracting environment * Experience in the development of complex contract rate structures * Sales tax applications on various types of procurements (hardware, software, resale vs non-resale, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration: * Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management with 15 years Accounting or Finance Experience
