Subcontract Program Manager - ES/074425

The PSM will coordinate with Program Office and Subcontract Administration to assist in the preparation of Statements of Work, Data Requirements and other flowdown requirements to subcontractors when requests for proposal are developed. They are responsible for directing the performance of functional task elements including subcontract administration, engineering, manufacturing, qualtiy control, logistics and admin functions in support of managing subcontractors. Responsible for the technical and schedule performance of major subcontracts, serve as the primary interface on status and performance issues. Specific responsibilties include: Identification of subcontract requirements, Development of the bidders list, Ensure appropriate staffing to manage and administer subcontracts is quoted and assigned, Develop subcontract plan for CPP, Identify subcontract risks and develop mitigation plans, Identify appropriate SDRLs required to manage subcontracts, Establish target pricing for subcontracts, participate in evaluation of proposals, assist in negotiations, coordinate export control and security requirements. Perform management, monitoring and evaluation of assigned subcontracts. Basic Qualications: Working Knowledge of FAR, commercial contracting, MS Office, Project software skills, working knowledge of SAP. Min 3 years experience in DoD procurement environment. Experience in a manufacturing setting and good communication skills.
