DescriptionKey Role:
Research, prepare, and coordinate classified analyses related to key issues, policies, tactics, techniques, and procedures for the Air Force (AF) in support of the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) division. Provide technical expertise and recommendations for improving ISR architectures, unit support functions, training programs, force projections, IT requirements, end-user requirements, and mission needs. Provide analyses of intelligence processes and mission architectures. Recommend optimal methods and capabilities for the AF and its subordinate units to task, process, exploit, and disseminate usable, decision-quality intelligence information. Author relevant special technical program documents, including CONOPS and TTPs requiring AF leadership coordination. Assist with the creation of standardized intelligence Initial and Mission Qualification Training and aids for analysis, production, collection management, and targeting support to the AF and space and cyber intelligence customers worldwide. This position is located in Santa Maria, CA.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -7 years of experience with DoD ISR, space operations, or the intelligence community required -5 years of experience with supporting space operations -Active TS/SCI clearance -BA or BS degree   Additional Qualifications: -Knowledge of a wide range of Military and intelligence community theories, concepts, principles, and practices relating to Scientific and Technical Information (S&TI) -Knowledge of the Air Force, Joint organizations, and IC missions -Ability to display technical competence, judgment, leadership, creativity, and intellectual resourcefulness -Ability to communicate with and influence people at all levels of government preferred   Clearance:  Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
