Program Manager - ES / 087397

Responsible for the costs, schedules, and technical performance of Electronic Warfare programs/projects. Directs all phases of programs/projects from inception through completion. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specification, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leads program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources of changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program/project from technical manufacturing, and administrative areas. Band and salary commensurate with experience. M2: Bachelors degree plus 6-8 years of relevant experience, or M3: Bachelors degree plus 10 years of relevant experience. Security clearance required.
