F-35 International Country Manager - Netherlands ...

Reporting to the F-35 International Production IPT leader. Provide program management leadership and integration for all elements of F-35 International Production IPT activities relating to Netherlands. Provide primary interface to the F-35 Program in planning, organizing, directing, and production execution of Netherlands International Participation activities. Shall be responsible to ensure the on-time delivery of high quality, affordable In-flight Operating Doors and weapons bay door components while attaining international production commitments and ensuring effective supplier relationships. Interface with internal Production to ensure international production schedules and training efforts are well integrated. Provide leadership and direction to the Subcontract Management Teams (SMTs) to ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and directives, both internal and external, including those policies and procedures directly relating to compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws. Ensure attainment of International IPT Strategic and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Goals. Responsible for identification and coordination with functional homerooms, of all short term and long term NG Technical Assistance Team (TAT) requirements. Serve as primary focal point for interfacing with Lockheed Martin International Production IPT. Act as the primary contact between F-35 Export Management (CONUS) and the F-35 In-Country teams. Must be able to provide strong leadership skills and management oversight on production IPT risks and issues impacting cost, quality and schedule performance. Basic Qualifications: BS/BA degree or equivalent related experience with a minimum of 15 years of relevant IPT leadership experience; Masters and 13 years. Requires good working knowledge and experience with program management systems and production processes and strong ability to interface and lead IPT/SMT team members in execution of required IIP Statement of work. Requires ability to travel internationally. DOD Secret security classification required. Security Clearance Required.
