JOB DESCRIPTION: The successful applicant will: 1) Lead all efforts associated with the flight test programs of newly developed SIGINT systems on manned and unmanned aircraft; 2) Provide point of contact with government customers and their flight test organizations while developing comprehensive SIGINT payload flight test programs; 3) Manage the development of a flight test program plan; (4) Interface with government and platform contractor flight testing personnel, resolving conflicts as needed; 5) Coordinate with Associate Contractors and internal HW and SW developers and systems I&T personnel to ensure all components necessary for the test flights are in place and working properly; 6) As Mission Manager, provide real time on-site leadership and decision making during flight testing of SIGINT payloads where the goal is to optimize results from limited flight test opportunities; and 7) Manage documentation of flight test results and associated analyses. This position requires travel, mostly within California. During some periods of time it may exceed 25%.

The following are the BASIC QUALIFICATIONS for the position: 1) At least 25 years of experience with at least a BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering; 2.) SIGINT system development; 3) I&T of electronic systems on manned or unmanned .aircraft; 4) Interface with government flight testing personnel; 5) Change control processes; 6) Requirements driven test flight planning; and 7) Team leadership.

ADDITIONAL CAPABILITIES and experiences that are applicable to the job include: 1) Experience with the use of requirement and verification management tools such as DOORS; and 2) Familiarity with formal test programs.
