The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grummans IS Advisory Systems Division. Roles and Responsibilities: * Administer subcontracts * Support negotiations of teaming agreements, proposals, subcontract price & provisions and terms & conditions * Support solicitation efforts, analyzing and evaluating proposals, source selection, and close-out activity * Prepare and maintain CPSR compliant subcontract files Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: * 15+years work experience;5-10 years of relevant subcontracts experience required - Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent experience will be considered * Must be highly proficient in Subcontract Administration and able to work in a team environment * Must be proficient with federal contracting and be knowledgeable of the FAR/DFARS * Must be able to multi-task and support concurrent requirements for different internal customers. Experience providing subcontract support to large multi-team contracts, including large and small business for CPAF/CPIF contracts * Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) * Excellent Organization & Communication Skills Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration: * Must be able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
