Northrop Grummans Cyber and SIGINT Systems ESL sites, located in Sacramento and San Jose, is a premier supplier of airborne reconnaissance systems, strategic signal processing systems, intelligence analyses, and telecommunication system products, technologies and services for national security, defense, public sector, and commercial customers. This position is located in Sacramento, CA (McClellan). JOB DESCRIPTION The successful candidate will manage a variety of manufacturing efforts on the Guardrail Modernization program. Candidate will coordinate material planning, production control, assembly, fabrication and test resources in support of program requirements. Individual must set priorities, identify all resources technical and non-technical and have budget and schedule responsibility. Must be team oriented and able to effectively multi-task competing priorities. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Must have experience moving products from engineering to manufacturing, with hands on experience using and tailoring an enterprise-wide MRP system. Must be knowledgeable about government procurement policies governed by FAR, and the complete life cycle from contract award to DD-250 sell off. 10+ years experience along with a BS in an engineering discipline. Years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement. US Citizenship required.
