Defense Analyst, Senior - 01079296

Serve as part of the Center for Army Lessons Learned team of analysts supporting the lessons learned integration branch. Conduct analysis and share tactics, techniques, procedures, after action reviews, observations, insights, and lessons generated by a DoD organization in order to increase the awareness of these products to the entire DoD client. Conduct research and analysis of lesson learned trends identified by the organization in order to provide recommendations based on a historical context for unit specific issues. Conduct research of lessons learned and after action reviews from the supported organization and provide recommendations to assist the supported organization with issues in regards to doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF).

 -20 years of experience in active duty or working with the Army -Experience in the brigade level required -Experience in senior operational positions, including high level staff, battalion commander, executive officer, or battalion S-3 -Secret clearance -BA or BS degree required   Additional Qualifications: -Experience with the CALL programs, including Lessons Learned Integration a plus -Experience with CTC at the major level or above a plus -Experience in Training and Doctrine Command, the Combined Arms Center, or at a center or school a plus -MA or MS degree a plus. -Attendance at a war college a plus   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
