Air Force Lead Analyst - 01075065

Lead a portion of the firms service offerings in applied economic analysis, integrated financial resource management, program management, budget and financial management support, cost analysis and estimating, sustainability, and physical asset management. Provide support to DoD installations and environment (I&E) markets across the three primary services and the Joint combatant command. Develop and implement I&E business plans related to the functional areas identified above and build relationships across the external market. Develop, communicate, and execute a strategy and support I&E business, including specific approaches for the defense markets. Work across all DoD services, contribute to the mentorship and development of talented junior staff, and establish and cultivate excellent marketing and client delivery relationships with broader teams. Manage all projects to ensure client satisfaction and bring in costs at or below budget. Establish a reputation as a professional and firm-wide leader and assume or maintain responsibilities accordingly. This position is located in San Antonio, TX.

 Basic Qualifications: -7+ years of experience with DoD I&E markets required -7+ years of experience with key construction planning and execution, operations and maintenance, enhanced use leasing, and environmental programs -Experience with leading a team of at least 25 people -Experience with executive management functions -Ability to develop business in the federal marketplace and particularly in the markets described above yielding approximately $10-15M on an annual basis -Ability to obtain a security clearance   Additional Qualifications: -15 years of experience with DoD I&E business preferred -5 years of experience in a senior leadership role or a management or supervisory role -Experience in dealing with senior management levels across the federal government and throughout DoD -BA or BS degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field    Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
