JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide architecture and design services to address the technology needs of the federal government. Provide IT strategy, enterprise architecture, service-oriented architecture (SOA), integration, and application development. Maintain responsibility for technical leadership on Booz Allen SOA projects by serving as the subject matter expert for clients and the project team. Investigate, analyze, define, tailor, and implement technology solutions to create greater alignment between technology and business goals and construct adaptable systems for enduring performance. This position is located in Norfolk, VA.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -5 years of experience with systems architecture -3 years of experience with SOA, J2EE, or .NET architecture -1 year of experience with full life-cycle development, including requirements, design, implementation, integration, and testing -1 year of experience with implementing n-tiered applications -Experience with Web services development -Experience with Web services standards, technologies, and tools, including SOAP, WSDL, and UDDI -TS/SCI clearance -BA or BS degree required Additional Qualifications: -Experience with XML and relational databases -Ability to present professionally and persuasively to clients -Possession of excellent interpersonal and strategic-oriented thinking skills -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
