JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years experience in full-service, high-end dining establishment as General Manager.


• Management of $3-5 Million restaurant operation required.


• Regional specific menu experience required.


• Knowledge of Mediterranean and/or Greek cuisine preferred.


• Superior communication skills.


• Experience in front and back-end operations, to include foods, beverages, supervisions, service techniques and guest interaction.


• Possess a passion for food and wine.


• Possess strong relationship skills.


• Ability to partner with their culinary counterparts.


• Demonstrated success in driving business growth, to include sales and financial performance.


• Demonstrated success in developing employees.


• Demonstrated success exceeding company standards.


• Demonstrated success in business planning, to include business practices, customer and employee needs and short and long term strategic plans.


• Success developing strong community relationships and presence.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• Salary:  $75-$80K
