Help senior-level management decision makers to clarify their top agendas, develop effective implementation strategies to mobilize the organization, and achieve sustainable results. Advise clients regarding factors that are integral to effective change. Deliver core team capabilities to clients in the federal space. Provide support at all levels of the organization, including the strategic-level enhancement of corporate readiness and response, emerging market trends, operational improvement via BPR (non IT), and process improvement and applied business analytics across the people, process, and organizational components. Participate in the delivery of complex change programs that enhance the clients business and serve as a primary thought leader in the development of business solutions. Interact with all levels of client staff, including senior-level decision makers and executives, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses in support of solution development. Participate in a collaborative team environment in dynamic client project settings and provide project management for client engagements and project work streams.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with professional services consulting supporting clients in the civil government space or with working in the civil government in organizational design or modeling, enterprise transformation, and operational improvement, including BPR, Six Sigma, or performance evaluation and management
• Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS required  

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with non IT process reengineering techniques a plus
  
• Experience with applying Six Sigma as a methodology a plus
  
• Ability to deliver in project settings that require a grasp of cross-functional subject matter, including people, process, and technology aspects of change across multiple business units a plus
• Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to engage with senior-level management
• Ability to translate information and develop insights
• Ability to work alongside clients at client sites
• Possession of excellent data-gathering, analysis, and listening skills
• Possession of excellent analytical skills
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  
• MBA, Master of Public Policy, Master of Public Administration, or MS degree preferred
