A critical need for an IT Executive with Exacting and Proven capabilities within Program Management and Process Improvement (requirements planning, process re-engineering, performance monitoring, metrics/analytics, project management and process control throughout the enterprise) and extensive Stakeholder Partnering to facilitate successful business initiatives/goals (helping to develop and implement innovative business process solutions to complex issues with IT and Delivery systems).
Ideal candidate will have a successful background delivering/implementing process/productivity improvements to achieve best in class and customer satisfaction results utilizing proven methodologies (lean Six Sigma, PMP, Kaizen, etc.) establishing Standards, Policies, Processes, Operating Procedures, Process Controls, KPIV dashboards, etc…, focused on delivering Productivity, Quality, Process Improvements for successful Customer Satisfaction.
Extremely visible role, high impact, must be able to interface at V.P., MD, and “C” levels within the Stakeholder community and IT.
