Job Description*
Our client company, a global custom software development outsourcing company, onshore & offshore, is seeking a new US business division leader / executive to lead the US division. This is a high-growth firm, with offices in Europe, Eastern Europe, US, UK & Asia. Candidates can be based in most major metro areas in the US, with travel in the US and internationally.
Responsibilities will include leading all sales & account management & on-site project managers in the US, managing US P&L, as well as related responsibilities.
Required Skills:
US Business Division Leader / Executive:
• Must have outsourcing sales experience
• Must have offshore experience
• Must have a new business development experience in career
• Must have managed a $50+ mill P&L, preferably exp. w/ a $200+ million P&L or have been a C or SVP level in a $400 Million+ organization
• Must have custom software development experience (in bus dev role)
• Engineering background a plus, but not essential
• Prefer someone with past experience scaling up a firm, to help scale this firm over current size ($125+ Million revenue w/ approx. 5,000 employees)
• Must be solid sales and marketing oriented leader
Desired Skills:
exp. leading a $50+ Million division of outsourcing / offshoring IT services, including custom software development w/ exp. selling & delivering & leading sales & delivery for these types of engagements
Non-Tech Skills:
Accomplished business leader in outsourcing / offshoring w/ exp. in custom software development
