Supply Chain Global Business Process Leaders
Global Consumer Products Company is looking for Senior Supply Chain Global Business Process Leaders to lead process design teams with prior experience in CPG (consumer goods) company(ies), gaining global leadership & stakeholders’ buy-in and working with technical and functional teams in Europe & the US, ensuring correct design of business processes, data, reporting & system configuration.
Long term project (2-3+ year) will encompass client company operations in the US & Europe. Candidates can be based any major metro area in the US, near airport. Client offices in the southeast will be primary project location, however travel outside the US will be required.
Travel up to 50% in US & Globally with virtual office remainder of time. Requirements:
-- Minimum 12+ years experience with prior experience in business process leader role, preferably w/ global scope, consulting experience a plus.
-- Education - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance or related disciplines.
-- Prefer prior experience w/ consumer products company(ies) - CPG vertical
Responsibilities Include: - Identify best practices, conduct workshops & engage in application development & business transformation - implementation projects; ensure that processes, data, reports & systems evolve to represent corporate best practices - Lead process design team in a specific process area, ensuring the correct design of business processes, data, reporting and system configuration
Business Process Leaders are needed for each of the following process areas: 1 - Market to Order 2 - Order to Cash 3 - Forecast to Deploy 4 - Procure to Pay 5 - Record to Report 6 - Human Resources 7 - Master Data 8 - Business Intelligence -
Work w/ corporate US & European management teams, IT & Operations, as well as corporate distributors & external representatives to secure buy-in and gain approval -Document potential process designs & alternatives; escalate issues to global leadership & committees for decisions & input -Represent process area to the IT management & development teams -Oversee integration & final user acceptance testing of the solution -Design security & user access & segregation of duties -Deliver & implement system-supported business value chains to the Global Template -Consult w/ implementation teams & Program leadership -Prefer experience w/ SOX & audit requirements
Annual contractor pay in range of $300K - $450K, plus expenses.
